High-rise Home Theater!
UltraMedia, Inc. offers complete home entertainment packages in the Renaissance on Turtle Creek. Pictured: the premium home theater, which includes motorized black-out shades, acoustical treatment, theater seating, a high-end, 50” plasma and surround-sound system. The electronics are flush-mounted in the wall, and have rear access for easy installation and service from inside the equipment closet.

Project Background
We got in after the project was well underway, taking over for another A/V company. We worked in the building for about 18 months. We designed and installed 5 model/show units, pre-wired over 40 sold units, and installed 8 systems for homeowners so far. We currently offer 4 system packages for home theater and house audio in the Renaissance. UltraMedia is experienced in dealing with the restrictions and difficulties associated with the concrete construction of the buildings. We had great success using acoustical treatments in the media rooms. Given the hard, reflective concrete walls, acoustical panels really made the rooms sound great.

When you select a pre-engineered system, you save design time and installation labor. Custom system design is always available—our specialty!

HDTV Surround Sound
- Sony 40” high-definition, LCD display. Wall mounted with tilt adjustment.
- Integrated left, center, right speakers color-matched to the monitor.
- Left and right rear channel color-matched speakers. Wall mounted.
- Combination surround receiver and DVD player unit.
- Requires homeowner-supplied Comcast cable card.
